It brings plyometric and aerobic work, meaning quick, springy jumping exercises that raise your heart rate, to a machine you already own. Dense EVA foam sits over a tubular steel frame. The surface is laid out for biomechanically sound foot placement, so each landing meets the board in a good position. It comes in four versions to match SPX, SPX Max, MPX, V2 Max and Rehab V2 Max Reformers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n          \u003cp\u003eBetween jumping sets, the same board works for footwork: a flat, steady surface for your feet that keeps the ankles, knees and hips stable through each press.
