Kneading massage, heat therapy, carbon-fiber far-infrared heat and 12 near-infrared LEDs work alongside them, so one device covers five therapies at once. Desk work, screen time and stress all tighten the neck and upper back, and it works on exactly those muscles. Hand loops on the straps let you pull it closer for deeper pressure or ease off for a lighter massage. The battery lasts up to 180 minutes, enough for several sessions between charges.

Wear it seated at your desk, standing, or reclined at the end of the day, and take a call or keep working while it runs.

Battery Life

Up to 180 min

Varies by setting

Preset Treatment

20 min

One session

Weight

4.61 lb

2.09 kg

Strap Length

47 in.

119 cm

FDA Registered
Cordless
One size fits all
1-year limited warranty

Percussion, kneading and heat

How it works

The percussion heads, heat and LEDs sit over the upper traps, the levator scapulae that lifts the shoulder blade, and the deeper neck muscles that tighten when your head drifts forward.

Dual Theragun Percussion

Two Theragun percussion heads work both sides of the upper back at once.
