1.5ย โ€œDefectโ€ย means a failure or defect in the Product (including a manufacturing or material defect) that prevents the Product from being used as intended.

2. Content and scope of the warranty

2.1ย โ€œWarrantyโ€ย means the obligation of the Manufacturer to remedy Defects notified to it by the Customer or the Seller during the Warranty Period and caused by the acts or omissions of the Manufacturer, or to reimburse the Customer or the Seller for the costs incurred by the Customer or the Seller, with the prior agreement of the Manufacturer, in remedying such Defects. The method of remedying the Defect shall be at the discretion of the Manufacturer.

2.2 The warranty does not apply to third parties to whom the Customer has transferred the Product. A Customer who is not a consumer is not covered by the Warranty unless the Manufacturer has previously confirmed this to the individual Customer in a form that can be reproduced in writing. A Consumer Customer who has purchased the Product directly from the Manufacturer shall be subject to the warranty terms contained in the sales contract instead of the Warranty.

2.3ย The โ€œWarranty Periodโ€ย is 2 years from the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer who is a consumer, but not more than 3 years from the date of manufacture of the Product. Unless the Customer or the Seller proves to the Manufacturer the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer, the Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the date of the conclusion of the sales contract for the Product with the Customer. If neither the Customer nor the Seller proves to the Manufacturer the date of conclusion of the sales contract for the Product with the Customer, the Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the date of manufacture of the Product. b) natural wear and tear that occurs during the intended use of the Product;

c) naturally occurring and expected characteristics of wood materials (differences in wood grain, knots, slight variations in tone) and phenomena that occur naturally during use of the Product (shrinkage and expansion due to temperature and humidity, moderate deformation) and the visual disturbances they may cause; nor

d) Defects (including transport damage) that would have been detectable by visual inspection prior to installation of the Product.

2.5 The Warranty does not apply if:

a) the Customer has not notified the Seller or the Manufacturer within 2 months of becoming aware of the Defect;

b) the Seller has failed to notify the Manufacturer within 2 weeks of the time at which it became aware or should have become aware of the Defect;

c) the Customer or the Seller has knowingly provided false information about the alleged Defect;

d) the Seller has not paid in full the invoice submitted to it by the Manufacturer for the defective Product;

e) the Customer has continued to use the Product after the discovery of the Defect without the prior consent of the Manufacturer in a form that can be reproduced in writing; or

f) the Product has been in public use or in similar conditions of heavy use without the prior written consent of the Manufacturer.

2.6 Equipment installed in or accompanying the Product and supplied by the Manufacturer is covered by the warranties provided by the manufacturers of such equipment and brokered by the Manufacturer.

3. Submission and handling of a warranty claim

3.1 Upon discovery of a defect, the Customer must immediately cease using the Product and submit a warranty claim to the Seller. If it is not possible to submit a warranty claim to the Seller or if the Seller does not respond, the Customer may submit a warranty claim directly to the Manufacturer.

3.2 The warranty claim must contain at least the following information: the name of the Customer; the address where the Product is located; the name and contact details of the person making the warranty claim; the Productโ€™s product code or name and, if available, serial number; the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer or, if unknown, the date of sale of the Product to the Customer; a description of the Defect; and the Customerโ€™s preferred remedy.

3.3 The warranty claim must be accompanied by: a copy of the document certifying the date of delivery or sale of the Product; photographs in general plan and close-up showing the Defect in good quality.

3.4 The manufacturer will reply to the warranty claim as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks from the receipt thereof. If the Manufacturer is unable to establish on the basis of the information contained in the warranty claim that the Defect is covered by the Warranty, the Manufacturer may require the person making the warranty claim or the Seller to provide further evidence and explanations. In the case of a Defect covered by the Warranty, the Manufacturer shall inform the person making the claim of the manner and time for remedying the Defect.

4. Final provisions

4.1 The granting of the warranty is without prejudice to the Customerโ€™s statutory rights, including the right to exercise against the Seller all remedies available to it under the law.

4.2 Without limiting the Manufacturerโ€™s liability under the law for defective Product, the Manufacturer shall not be liable for any consequential damages that the Customer, the Seller or any third party may incur in connection with the use of or inability to use the Product.

4.3 The Seller may provide additional warranties to the Customer in its name and for its account. The Manufacturer shall not be liable to the Customer for the performance of such warranties.

Indoor Traditional Sauna ยท Glazed Front

Auroom Cala Glass 3 Person Indoor Sauna

The 3 Person is the middle rung of the Cala Glass ladder. Auroom hold the depth at 59 inches, the figure the two-person cabin uses, and push the front wall out to 71 โ€” which turns a 52-inch interior width into 64. Assembled weight goes from 838 lbs to 1,103.

Available Finish reads thermo-aspen, in horizontal STP paneling at 0.59 by 3.54 inches, exterior and interior. Auroom's description of that timber is thermally modified aspen from northern Europe, treated with heat and steam alone.

The Build

Twelve Inches Of Width, 265 lbs Of Weight

Auroom step the Cala Glass from 59 inches wide to 71 for this size and the published weight moves with it, from 838 lbs to 1,103. What follows is where that specification actually lands.

๐Ÿ“
The 71-Inch Front Wall
Exterior width is 71 inches against an interior width of 64, a seven-inch difference absorbed by the walls. Depth is fixed at 59 outside and 54 inside, so all of the gain over the smaller cabin arrives across the front.

๐Ÿชต
Thermo-Aspen, One Finish Listed
Available Finish gives a single option on the Cala Glass: thermo-aspen, run horizontally inside and out in STP paneling at 0.59 by 3.54 inches. Auroom's claim for the thermal modification is that heat and steam alone produce a wood that lasts longer than others under sauna conditions.

A Glass Wall And A Glass Door
The kit lists both a glass wall and a tempered door glass, clear and 8 mm, with the door at 24.2 inches. Auroom's phrasing for the arrangement is an elegant glass wall for a unique sauna experience, letting more natural light inside.

Six Wall Elements, Three Base Elements
Auroom ship the cabin as previously assembled parts: six wall elements, three base elements, two corner posts, four corner mouldings and two ceiling elements, with cladding already on two side walls. Floor grids in the crate make the duckboard floor.

Glazing Across The Full Elevation

The Cala Glass front is a glass wall with the door set into it, and this angle shows how it meets the clad side panel. On this size the elevation runs 71 inches wide by 80.75 tall, with the door listed at 24.2 inches of that. Auroom finish the two side panels in the same thermo-aspen as the room and hang the door frame to open right or left.

The room on this plan is 64 inches wide and 54 deep with 78 inches of headroom, which comes to about 24 square feet of floor and roughly 156 cubic feet of volume by our own arithmetic from Auroom's dimensions. Bench supports, an upper bench frame, a lower bench frame and the bench grids all come in the crate, along with the backrest and its LED lights.

The Guard Is Included, The Heater Is Not

The column standing at the end of the bench run in this frame is not part of the package. What the kit does carry is a heater guard Auroom describe as matched to the interior, so whichever heater you pick from the options on this page arrives to a bay already framed for it.

  • Heater guard included, finished to match the interior
  • Heater bought separately from the options on this page
  • Heater takes the 240V side of the electrical spec
  • Bucket, ladle, thermometer, hygrometer, sand timer, aroma set, sauna hat and pillow included

Outside, the cabin measures 71 by 59 inches and stands 80.75 tall, which is about 29.1 square feet of floor by our calculation from Auroom's published dimensions. Assembled weight is 1,103 lbs and shipping weight 1,213. The pallet is the number that matters for access, so walk the route in before the order goes down.

The Cala Lineup

Where The 3 Person Sits

Five Cala cabins share one specification and differ by plan. Read them as a ladder and the 3 Person is the middle rung: 12 inches wider than the two-person cabins, eight narrower than the largest, and the first size where Auroom's shipping weight goes past 1,200 lbs.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

64" W ร— 54" D ร— 78" H, which Auroom rate for three bathers across the upper and lower benches. From those dimensions the floor works out at about 24 square feet and the volume at roughly 156 cubic feet โ€” our arithmetic, since Auroom publish dimensions but no area or volume.
Width and weight. The 2 Person is 59 ร— 59 inches outside; this one is 71 ร— 59, so the depth is identical and the front wall gains 12 inches. Inside, that reads as 64 inches of width against 52. Auroom list 1,103 lbs assembled here against 838 for the smaller cabin. Glass, paneling, lighting and the accessory set are the same on both.
No. The Cala Glass 3 Person kit covers six previously assembled wall elements, three base elements, two corner posts, four corner mouldings, two ceiling elements, cladding on two side walls, bench supports, upper and lower bench frames, bench grids, a lightshade, a backrest with LED lights, the glass wall, the door frame, 8 mm tempered door glass, a metal-wood handle, metal hinges, a heater guard, the floor grid and finishing mouldings. Accessories are the bucket, ladle, thermometer, hygrometer, sand timer, aroma set, sauna hat and sauna pillow. The guard is included; the heater is a separate choice from the options on this page.
Available Finish lists one option: thermo-aspen, in horizontal STP paneling at 0.59" ร— 3.54" inside and out. Auroom source the aspen in northern Europe and describe the modification as chemical-free, done with heat and steam only, giving a wood they say stands up better to sauna conditions than others. They also note the cabin is preserved with Finland's finest natural sauna wax.
LED strip, run behind the backrest. The backrest arrives with the LED lights already in it and a lightshade ships with the kit. That circuit is the 120V half of the electrical requirement; the heater takes the 240V half.
240V for the sauna heater and 120V for the interior and exterior lights. Because the heater is bought separately, confirm the exact circuit rating against the heater you select โ€” the heater packages offered on this page differ in draw. Sauna heater wiring should be run by a licensed electrician.
Outside dimensions are 71" W ร— 59" D ร— 80.75" H, roughly 29.1 square feet of floor by our calculation. Assembled weight is 1,103 lbs and shipping weight 1,213 lbs. Check ceiling height against 80.75 inches, allow clearance in front for the door arc, and check the route in โ€” doorways, corners and stairs โ€” against a pallet of that mass.
Curbside delivery via freight to the 48 contiguous states, with delivery damage insurance included. The freight carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours ahead to set a day and time Monday through Friday inside a 4-hour window, and will not deliver without speaking to you first. The sauna arrives strapped to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who unloads to your curbside or driveway only. Raise anything unusual about your access โ€” long driveway, low branches, stairs, apartment complex โ€” with us before the sauna ships. When the driver unloads, inspect the boxes and note any scratches, dents, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to do that.
The warranty is Auroom's and its full text sits in the Warranty tab on this page; we have left it there unparaphrased because manufacturer terms are specific and the tab holds the complete version. Auroom are a Latvian manufacturer and part of the Thermory group, which supplies their timber. Ask us for the written warranty if you want it in hand before ordering.
