We Accept Returns


While we fully believe in every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our products.

If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, just pay for return shipping costs and we will help you process a full refund. This 30-Day policy applies to Alyne, Aquilo, BlazePod, Brazyn, Complete Recovery, Jawku, MyoStorm, Pso-Rite, Rapid Reboot, ReAthlete, Smart Tools, and Theragun.

Brands that may be subject to a 15% restocking fee are ComforTrac, Hawkgrips, Game Ready, Keiser, Power Plate, and Squid.

Products in which all sales are final and may only be returned if defective are Chili, First Degree Rowers, Marc Pro, NOHrD, Polar, Power Plate (Platforms), Pro 6, Sidmar, Trueform and WaterRower.

Recovery for Athletes reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

In the event of damaged or defective products, we will help in getting an exchange processed.

Following receipt of your item(s) and once we ensure the product is in it's full original undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund. 

Should you want to make a return, please email us at with your order number and we will assist you. 

Keiser Shipping/Return Policy

Keiser Bike cancellations must be made within 48 hours. After 48 hours, your bike will be assigned and allocated to your name and therefor cancellations will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

Keiser Bikes must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund. Use the original box or a sturdy substitute to ship items, if unavailable please contact your sales rep for instruction on how to best proceed with the return. After receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued less a the cost of return freight and a 15% restocking fee.  

Keiser Bikes will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Due to the cost and nature of the product, signature will be required upon delivery. FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver the product. If after 3 attempts there is no delivery then the bike will be returned to sender and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This same 15% restocking fee applies to deliveries that are refused. 

NOHrD/WaterRower Return Policy

Due to the handmade and built to order processes in which NOHrD and WaterRower products are made, there will be no returns on NOHrD and WaterRower products. 

If the product is damaged upon delivery then this must be clearly noted and pictures sent to us upon arrival. 

If a NOHrD/WaterRower shipment is refused upon delivery then there will be a 20% restocking fee that applies.


If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to the day of. Recovery for Athletes will pay for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturers warranty.


We understand that unexpected things come up, so we always work with people as best we can. Due to COVID-19 our business as well as many others have had to adjust to working in a safe & compliant manner with health regulations. Due to decreased supply and increased shipping costs we have had to adjust to mitigate damages. Beginning March 1st 2020, if you cancel within 48 hours then you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 48 hours & we have already processed your payment, you may be liable for the payment processing fee incurred on our end (3.9% of total order amount). In this scenario, you will be refunded for your order, minus the 3.9%. Please understand - we do not keep this to line our pockets; this fee is charged to us by payment processors when we process your payment and it does not get refunded to us by them in the event of a cancelled order/refund

If you decide to cancel your order after it has already shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual shipping costs to you and back to the manufacturer. You will also be liable for the payment processing fees incurred on our end (3.9% of total order amount). 

All cancellation requests must be emailed to us in order for us to verify that we can cancel your order.

Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take up to 1-2 weeks to return to your account. We typically see refunds be returned in less than 1 week, but this depends on your financial institution and is out of our control.


Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a product does not support the policy, it will be stated in the product description.
