30-DAY RETURN POLICY
While we fully believe in every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our products.
If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, just pay for return shipping costs and we will help you process a full refund.
*Please note: In order to receive a refund for the item(s) ordered, the item(s) must arrive back to our distribution center in "Like New" condition and must contain all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" means that the items you ordered must be unused and not show any visual signs of wear.
This 30-Day policy applies to all products unless listed below.
Brands that are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs are: Aviron, Basi, Body Solid, ChiroLux, ComforTrac, Game Ready, Hawkgrips, Human Touch, HUUM, InBody, Kaatsu, NICE Recovery, OxyNova, Power Plate, ReAthlete, Spinning, Squid, Stages Cycling, Summit-To-Sea, SunRay, Svago, Tacx, Trueform, and York Barbell products.
Brands that are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs are: Chattanooga, Ice Barrel, Intelect, Medical Sauna, Whirlpool, and Zimmer.
Products in which all sales are final are: Airofit, All Ball Pro, BlueCube, Chili, Elina Pilates, First Degree Rowers, Golden Designs Saunas (Including Dynamic and Maxxus), Hivamat, Keiser, MarcPro, Merrithew Pilates, NOHrD, Peak Pilates, Polar, Power Plate (Platforms), Pro 6, Schiller, Sidmar, Smart Tools, SportsArt, VersaClimber, and WaterRower.
Please note: We do not determine these return policies as they are required by the brands themselves and we are charged these fees as well.
In addition, all nutritional products such as supplements, vitamins, lotions, etc will be final sale as well.
Recovery for Athletes reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged, not in "like new" condition, or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fees will apply.
If an order has already been processed and we are unable to cancel it with the vendor, then your order may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

In the event of damaged or defective products, we will help in getting an exchange processed if permitted under our return policy.
Following receipt of your item(s) and once we ensure the product is in it's full original undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund.

Game Ready Return Policy
Due to the medical nature and FDA certification of Game Ready products, we will not be able to accept returns of used Game Ready products.
Returns will be accepted on New/Unused Game Ready Items within 30 days, but there will be a 20% restocking fee as well as return shipping costs.
If you would like to exchange for a different size then we can do this as long as the wraps are New/Unused. Customer will just be responsible for shipping costs.
If a product is defective, then it will fall under our normal 30 day return policy and we will help remedy the issue.
NOHrD/WaterRower Return Policy
Due to the handmade and built to order processes in which NOHrD and WaterRower products are made, there will be no returns on NOHrD and WaterRower products.
If the product is damaged upon delivery then this must be clearly noted and pictures sent to us upon arrival.
If a NOHrD/WaterRower shipment is refused upon delivery then there will be a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping fee that applies.
Medical Breakthrough/Medical Sauna Return Policy
Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use the chair. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return merchandise authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. The original packaging can be purchased for $550 which includes all of the pads and boxes if you do not have it. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging. You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair. After receiving the massage chair and inspection, we will issue a refund of the chair. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days RMA was issued.
If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to email@example.com the day of. Recovery for Athletes will pay for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturers warranty.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after items have been processed will follow our 30 Day Return Policy and will be subject to return shipping costs.
All orders over $5,000 are subject to a 5% cancellation fee regardless of order status.
The following products are subject to a 10% cancellation fee regardless of order status due to the cost of the product: Dundalk, Elina, Schiller and Summit to Sea.
Due to the manufacturing process, all custom-made items cannot be cancelled or returned.
Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a product does not support the policy, it will be stated in the product description.
