30-DAY RETURN POLICY
While we fully believe in every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our products.
If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, just pay for return shipping costs and we will help you process a full refund. This 30-Day policy applies to Alyne, Aquilo, Brazyn, Complete Recovery, MyoStorm, PowerDot, Pso-Rite, Rapid Reboot, Smart Tools, and Theragun.
Products that are allowed to be returned within 30 days but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee are Chili, ComforTrac, FluidRower, Game Ready, Hawkgrips, NOHrD, Power Plate, Squid, and WaterRower.
Products in which all sales are final are Marc Pro and Sidmar.

In the event of damaged or defective products, we will help in getting an exchange processed.
Following receipt of your item(s) and once we ensure the product is in it's full original undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund.
Should you want to make a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will assist you.
If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to email@example.com the day of. Recovery for Athletes will pay for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturers warranty.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. All cancellations must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your cancellation is received prior to order processing, you will receive a full refund. If your order has already been processed, you must follow our Return Policy.
Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a product does not support the policy, it will be stated in the product description.
