30-DAY RETURN POLICY
While we fully believe in every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 30-day Return Policy for most of our products.
If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, just pay for return shipping costs and we will help you process a full refund. This 30-Day policy applies to Alyne, Aquilo, Brazyn, Complete Recovery, MyoStorm, PowerDot, Pso-Rite, Rapid Reboot, Smart Tools, and Theragun.
Brands that may be subject to a 15% restocking fee are ComforTrac, Hawkgrips, Keiser, Power Plate, and Squid.
Products in which all sales are final and may only be returned if defective are Chili, First Degree Rowers, Game Ready, Marc Pro, NOHrD, Polar, Power Plate (Platforms), Sidmar, and WaterRower.
Recovery for Athletes reserves the right to inspect all return products and may reduce the credit if the product returned is damaged or incomplete. If shipment is refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

In the event of damaged or defective products, we will help in getting an exchange processed.
Following receipt of your item(s) and once we ensure the product is in it's full original undamaged condition, we will send you an email confirming your refund.

Keiser Shipping/Return Policy
Keiser Bikes must be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund. Use the original box or a sturdy substitute to ship items, if unavailable please contact your sales rep for instruction on how to best proceed with the return. After receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued less a the cost of return freight and a 15% restocking fee.
Keiser Bikes will be shipped via FedEx Ground. Due to the cost and nature of the product, signature will be required upon delivery. FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver the product. If after 3 attempts there is no delivery then the bike will be returned to sender and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This same 15% restocking fee applies to deliveries that are refused.
If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to email@example.com the day of. Recovery for Athletes will pay for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under the manufacturers warranty.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. All cancellations must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of your order being placed.
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and restocking charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Please note, our 30-day Return Policy is dependent upon our vendors’ return policies. If a product does not support the policy, it will be stated in the product description.
