Why Would I Buy from Recovery for Athletes?

Recovery Athletes was built by two professional tennis players whose focus was to help people feel better and improve overall wellbeing. All of our products are tried and tested by our professional athletes so you know you are getting a product that we truly believe in. Every product is fully covered under the manufacturer warranty and we offer 30 day returns on almost all products. We put the customer first, no question about it. Which payment methods do you accept?

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Shipping times will vary by vendor so please check the product pages for the most up to date shipping lead times. Most of our products ship out within 2-3 business days. If you need to expedite shipping, please give us a call at (855)-864-6442 and we will try to do our best to get it out faster. 

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All of our products are guaranteed to come with the manufacturer warranty. 

    Do you accept returns?

    Yes we do. Most of our products have a no questions asked return policy as long as there is no damage. For product specifics, please view the product page for those policies. You can also view our We Accept Returns page for more information.

    What if I want a product you don't have?

    We have relationships with over 100 manufacturers in the recovery and PT space, if there is a specific product that we do not advertise, there is still a good chance we can get it for you. Feel free to call us at (855)-864-6442 or email us at sales@recoveryforathletes.com

    What if I want to cancel an order?

    If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know ASAP.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges as described on the Free Shipping & Easy Returns page. 

    What if my product is damaged?

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@recoveryforathletes.com and we will work with the manufacturer in getting it fixed. 

    What happens after I place an order?

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from sales@recoveryforathletes.com with your confirmation details. Please keep this email for your records. After we receive your order we will being preparing your product for shipment. To get the most accurate shipping lead times, please view the product pages for this information. 

    Do you charge sales tax?

    Only customers residing in the state of Florida will be charged sales tax. Orders from outside Florida will not be charged sales tax.
