How long will it take for my order to ship?

Shipping times will vary by vendor so please check the product pages for the most up to date shipping lead times. Most of our products ship out within 2-3 business days. If you need to expedite shipping, please give us a call at (855)-864-6442 and we will try to do our best to get it out faster. 

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All of our products are guaranteed to come with the manufacturer warranty. 

    Do you accept returns?

    Yes we do. Most of our products have a no questions asked return policy as long as there is no damage. For product specifics, please view the product page for those policies. You can also view our We Accept Returns page for more information.

    What if I want a product you don't have?

    What if I want to cancel an order?

    If you wish to cancel an order, please let us know ASAP.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges as described on the Free Shipping & Easy Returns page. 

    What if my product is damaged?

    Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will work with the manufacturer in getting it fixed. 

    What happens after I place an order?

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from with your confirmation details. Please keep this email for your records.     Do you charge sales tax?

    Only customers residing in the state of Florida will be charged sales tax. Orders from outside Florida will not be charged sales tax.
