1.4ย โ€œCustomerโ€ย is the person who has purchased the Product from the Seller for its intended use.

1.5ย โ€œDefectโ€ย means a failure or defect in the Product (including a manufacturing or material defect) that prevents the Product from being used as intended.

2. Content and scope of the warranty

2.1ย โ€œWarrantyโ€ย means the obligation of the Manufacturer to remedy Defects notified to it by the Customer or the Seller during the Warranty Period and caused by the acts or omissions of the Manufacturer, or to reimburse the Customer or the Seller for the costs incurred by the Customer or the Seller, with the prior agreement of the Manufacturer, in remedying such Defects. The method of remedying the Defect shall be at the discretion of the Manufacturer.

2.2 The warranty does not apply to third parties to whom the Customer has transferred the Product. A Customer who is not a consumer is not covered by the Warranty unless the Manufacturer has previously confirmed this to the individual Customer in a form that can be reproduced in writing. A Consumer Customer who has purchased the Product directly from the Manufacturer shall be subject to the warranty terms contained in the sales contract instead of the Warranty.

2.3ย The โ€œWarranty Periodโ€ย is 2 years from the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer who is a consumer, but not more than 3 years from the date of manufacture of the Product. Unless the Customer or the Seller proves to the Manufacturer the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer, the Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the date of the conclusion of the sales contract for the Product with the Customer. If neither the Customer nor the Seller proves to the Manufacturer the date of conclusion of the sales contract for the Product with the Customer, the Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the date of manufacture of the Product. If the Manufacturer replaces a Product with a Defective Product, the Warranty Period shall be 2 years from the date of delivery of the replaced Product to the Customer. b) natural wear and tear that occurs during the intended use of the Product;

c) naturally occurring and expected characteristics of wood materials (differences in wood grain, knots, slight variations in tone) and phenomena that occur naturally during use of the Product (shrinkage and expansion due to temperature and humidity, moderate deformation) and the visual disturbances they may cause; nor

d) Defects (including transport damage) that would have been detectable by visual inspection prior to installation of the Product.

2.5 The Warranty does not apply if:

a) the Customer has not notified the Seller or the Manufacturer within 2 months of becoming aware of the Defect;

b) the Seller has failed to notify the Manufacturer within 2 weeks of the time at which it became aware or should have become aware of the Defect;

c) the Customer or the Seller has knowingly provided false information about the alleged Defect;

d) the Seller has not paid in full the invoice submitted to it by the Manufacturer for the defective Product;

e) the Customer has continued to use the Product after the discovery of the Defect without the prior consent of the Manufacturer in a form that can be reproduced in writing; or

f) the Product has been in public use or in similar conditions of heavy use without the prior written consent of the Manufacturer.

2.6 Equipment installed in or accompanying the Product and supplied by the Manufacturer is covered by the warranties provided by the manufacturers of such equipment and brokered by the Manufacturer.

3. Submission and handling of a warranty claim

3.1 Upon discovery of a defect, the Customer must immediately cease using the Product and submit a warranty claim to the Seller. If it is not possible to submit a warranty claim to the Seller or if the Seller does not respond, the Customer may submit a warranty claim directly to the Manufacturer.

3.2 The warranty claim must contain at least the following information: the name of the Customer; the address where the Product is located; the name and contact details of the person making the warranty claim; the Productโ€™s product code or name and, if available, serial number; the date of delivery of the Product to the Customer or, if unknown, the date of sale of the Product to the Customer; a description of the Defect; and the Customerโ€™s preferred remedy.

3.3 The warranty claim must be accompanied by: a copy of the document certifying the date of delivery or sale of the Product; photographs in general plan and close-up showing the Defect in good quality.

3.4 The manufacturer will reply to the warranty claim as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks from the receipt thereof. If the Manufacturer is unable to establish on the basis of the information contained in the warranty claim that the Defect is covered by the Warranty, the Manufacturer may require the person making the warranty claim or the Seller to provide further evidence and explanations. In the case of a Defect covered by the Warranty, the Manufacturer shall inform the person making the claim of the manner and time for remedying the Defect.

4. Final provisions

4.1 The granting of the warranty is without prejudice to the Customerโ€™s statutory rights, including the right to exercise against the Seller all remedies available to it under the law.

4.2 Without limiting the Manufacturerโ€™s liability under the law for defective Product, the Manufacturer shall not be liable for any consequential damages that the Customer, the Seller or any third party may incur in connection with the use of or inability to use the Product.

4.3 The Seller may provide additional warranties to the Customer in its name and for its account. The Manufacturer shall not be liable to the Customer for the performance of such warranties.

Indoor Sauna Kit โ€” Wood Front Wall

Auroom Libera Wood 3 Person Indoor Sauna

Auroom code this cabin 59 ร— 71. The front wall stays at the same 71 inches as the two-person plan and the room grows backwards: exterior depth of 59 inches, interior depth of 53. Interior width holds at 65 inches and headroom at 80. Assembled it is listed at 1,103 lbs, with 1,213 lbs on the pallet.

Wood is the clad-front configuration. Timber paneling carries the elevation with a full-height glass door hung beside it, and Auroom describe that finished front wall as merging into the upright vertical lines of the cabin. Aspen, alder and thermo-aspen are the three finishes, and the kit includes cladding on two side walls.

The Build

What Comes Out Of The Crate

The Libera arrives as a DIY cabin kit, which makes the parts list the honest description of the product. Four groups of parts account for nearly all of it on the 3 Person.

๐ŸŒฒ
Aspen, Alder Or Thermo-Aspen
The finish you pick runs through the interior paneling, the ceiling and the clad front. Auroom describe aspen as smooth-textured and light-toned, alder as durable and water repellant, and thermo-aspen as a timber whose moisture has been taken out by their thermo-process.
Three Finishes
๐Ÿงฑ
Two Fully Clad Side Panels
The specification lists two fully clad side panels, Auroom's own wording. Alongside them come the standard base frame, ceiling elements, floor grids, vertical and horizontal moldings, fastening screws and molding nails.

๐Ÿช‘
Benching Across 53 Inches Of Depth
Upper bench frame and grid, lower bench frame and grid, lower bench supports, bench assistance frames, bench skirt, backrest and backrest supports. The extra 12 inches of interior depth over the 2 Person is where the third seat comes from.

Door Hardware
Stainless steel self-closing hinges carry a clear 8 mm tempered glass leaf listed at 24.2 inches wide. The handle is Auroom's premium pattern in natural oak and metal. Handing is a build option โ€” say left or right when you order.

Sauna therapy claims are left off these cards on purpose. What follows comes from the Libera Wood 3 Person's specification sheet and Auroom's packing list, so every one of the eight is something you can check against the tabs on this page.

Front Wall

71 Inches Of Elevation, 24.2 Of It Glass

Front-on, the 3 Person reads exactly as the 2 Person does โ€” same 71-inch width, same 82.7-inch height, same split between clad panel and glass. The slats run vertical, a vent grille sits low in the panel and the control panel is set into the timber at shoulder height. The door glass is clear 8 mm tempered at a listed 24.2 inches wide.

  • Front elevation 71" wide by 82.7" tall
  • Clear 8 mm tempered glass, 24.2" wide
  • Vent grille set into the lower panel
  • Control panel mounted in the front wall
  • Finish matches the interior species

Where The Extra Foot Of Depth Goes

The bucket and ladle in this frame are part of the accessory set Auroom pack with every Libera. Behind them, the two tiers: an upper bench with its backrest and the backrest's LED strip, a lower bench in front, and a slatted bench skirt lit from behind. At 53 inches deep the room carries that arrangement with a third seat in it, against 41 inches on the two-person plan.

  • Interior 65" W ร— 53" D ร— 80" H
  • Upper bench, lower bench and bench skirt
  • LED strips on the back wall and under the upper bench
  • Bucket, ladle, sand timer and aroma set supplied

A Cabin You Build Standing Up

Swing the corner open and the kit becomes readable. Two side walls arrive fully clad. The base frame is standard across the range, ceiling elements drop in from above, floor grids form the duckboard, and vertical and horizontal moldings close the joints. Auroom's phrase for the format is an easy DIY cabin, and the fastening screws and molding nails come in the crate with everything else.

Dimensions

Reading The 3 Person Off The Drawing

Auroom's elevation drawing gives the Libera range as 180 to 250 cm wide at 210 cm tall. The 3 Person sits at the bottom of that width band, 71 inches across and 82.7 inches high. Depth is not marked on that drawing; the specification gives it as 59 inches, which puts the floor area occupied at about 29.1 square feet. Interior headroom is 80 inches, so the room takes the full height less the ceiling build-up.

  • Exterior 71" W ร— 59" D ร— 82.7" H
  • Roughly 29.1 sq ft of floor area occupied, calculated from Auroom's published dimensions
  • Range shown on the drawing: 180โ€“250 cm wide, 210 cm tall
  • Interior height 80"
  • Assembled weight 1,103 lbs
59" Deep 1,103 lbs Assembled

The Libera Wood Lineup

Two Widths, Five Plans

Auroom build the Libera Wood on three exterior widths โ€” 71, 79 and 99 inches โ€” and vary the depth behind them. The 3 Person takes the narrow 71-inch wall and the deeper 59-inch plan, which makes it the widest room you can have without going past 71 inches across the front.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

65" W ร— 53" D ร— 80" H, rated by Auroom for three bathers. Seating is the two-tier layout โ€” upper bench with backrest, lower bench, bench skirt across the front. Multiplying the interior out gives roughly 160 cubic feet of room volume; that is our arithmetic on Auroom's dimensions, since they publish the dimensions and not the volume.
Only the front wall changes. The Wood build gives you timber paneling across the front with a full-height glass door beside it. The Glass build makes the whole front elevation glazed. Both are 71 ร— 59 ร— 82.7 inches outside and 65 ร— 53 ร— 80 inside at this size, both weigh 1,103 lbs assembled, and both ship with cladding on two side walls.
It does not. Auroom's included list for the Libera Wood 3 Person covers the cabin and its hardware: front wall paneling with the 8 mm tempered glass door, cladding on two side walls, standard base frame, ceiling elements, floor grids, upper and lower bench frames and grids, bench supports, bench assistance frames, bench skirt, backrest with LED lighting, backrest supports, vertical and horizontal moldings, fastening screws and molding nails. Accessories are a bucket, ladle, thermometer, hygrometer, sand timer, aroma set, sauna hat and sauna pillow. A heater is chosen separately from the options on this page.
Auroom offer aspen, alder and thermo-aspen, and their published notes are the fairest guide. Aspen is described as smooth-textured with a light tone that does not get too hot, does not secrete resin and does not splinter. Alder is described as durable, light weight and water repellant. Thermo-aspen is put through a thermo-process that removes moisture from the wood, and Auroom list it as light weight and durable. The paneling profile is the same in all three: STV Valeura 15 ร— 90 mm walls, STS4 15 ร— 90 mm ceiling.
Exterior dimensions are 71" W ร— 59" D ร— 82.7" H โ€” about 29.1 square feet of floor. The cabin weighs 1,103 lbs assembled and 1,213 lbs as shipped. Check your ceiling against 82.7 inches and think about how a pallet of that weight gets from the curb to the room it is going in.
240V for the sauna heater and 120V for the interior and exterior lights. Because the heater is bought separately, confirm the exact circuit rating against the heater you select โ€” the heater packages offered on this page differ in draw. Sauna heater wiring should be run by a licensed electrician.
Curbside delivery via freight to the 48 contiguous states, with delivery damage insurance included. The freight carrier contacts you 24 to 48 hours ahead to set a day and time Monday through Friday inside a 4-hour window, and will not deliver without speaking to you first. The sauna arrives strapped to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who unloads to your curbside or driveway only. Raise anything unusual about your access โ€” long driveway, low branches, stairs, apartment complex โ€” with us before the sauna ships. When the driver unloads, inspect the boxes and note any scratches, dents, or scuff marks on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to do that.
Auroom's warranty covers the cabin, and the full text is carried in the Warranty tab on this page. We have left it unparaphrased on purpose, because warranty wording is specific to each manufacturer and the tab holds the complete version. Ask us if you would like the written terms before ordering.
Yes. Auroom build the glass door with stainless steel self-closing hinges and offer left- and right-handed options when ordering, so the handing is set at the point of order. The leaf is clear 8 mm tempered glass at a listed width of 24.2 inches, with a handle in natural oak and metal.
