Pilates Bench
The B2 gives you 6 backrest positions and 5 arm positions on one 46.1-inch frame, with cable resistance that twists from 44 lb up to 88 lb. That is enough range to press, row, and stretch from the same bench without swapping equipment between sets.
The frame is rated to 331 lb, so the bench stays still when you load it. It arrives fully assembled, and two transport wheels let you move it out of the way when the session is over.
The Technology
The B2 replaces the bench, the cable stack, and the mat work you would otherwise need three pieces of equipment to cover.
Why Athletes Choose This
Built For Training
A fixed bench gives you one press angle. The B2 backrest steps through 6 positions from flat to upright, and the arms set to 5, so the same movement can be worked at several angles across a training block. The adjustment mechanism moves without tools, which is the only reason anyone actually changes the angle mid-session rather than settling for the one it is already on.
Cable resistance tops out at 88 lb and adjusts by knob, so the load is set by hand rather than by re-stacking plates. Two 17.6 lb and two 26.5 lb elastic ropes, six climbing hooks, two pilates handles, and a pair of 5 lb dumbbells are included, which means the angles and attachment points change as fast as the weight does.
The B2 measures 46.1" x 13.4" x 15.7" and weighs 88.2 lb, with high-density foam under premium vegan leather that wipes clean after a session. Accessories go into the built-in compartment instead of a pile on the floor, and two transport wheels take the weight when you push it back against a wall.
