Pilates Board
Two 900 mm rails give the C1 the travel a reformer movement needs — long enough to reach full extension on a stretch instead of stopping short of it. The carriage rides on four-wheel pulleys and glides under 40 dB, so a session at 6 a.m. does not carry through the floor.
The frame supports 265 lb, sits 11 inches off the ground, and folds to 14.9 inches deep for storage under a bed or flat against a wall. At 30.9 lb, one person can set it up and put it away.
The Technology
Travel, friction, feedback, and instruction. The C1 addresses all four in a board that folds to 14.9 inches deep.
Why Athletes Choose This
Built For Training
Rail length sets the ceiling on what a Pilates board can do. The C1 runs dual 900 mm extended tracks, which is what lets a tall user hold a long lunge or a full-body stretch without running out of rail mid-movement. Advanced four-wheel pulleys keep the carriage moving smoothly and hold operating noise under 40 dB, so the glide stays even from one end of the track to the other.
Pilates work puts your weight through your knees, your shins, and your hands, and those are the three places a cheap board gives out first. The C1 uses a non-slip thick knee pad, a spongy leg support, and a sturdy Pilates bar you can push against. The whole board sits 11 inches off the floor, so getting on and off it is a step rather than a climb.
A reformer is furniture. The C1 is not. Folded it measures 14.9" x 17.7" x 39.4" and stores under a bed, under a sofa, or upright against a wall. Net weight is 30.9 lb, light enough to reposition without help, and the ABS and PVC construction keeps that weight down without the board flexing under a 265 lb user.
