The Copper Compression Wrist Wraps are an adjustable wrist support built in two layers, for strength and stability during workouts. You secure the soft, non-slip inner liner first. The elastic outer strap, with 1.5x stretch, wraps over it and fastens at whatever compression you want. The wrap runs 19.5 in. end to end, fits wrists from 5 to 10 in. and works on either hand.
