Copper Compression CopperFreeze™ Knee Sleeve

The sleeve pulls up over the knee and holds its gel insert flat across the joint, front and sides. Copper Compression's own line for it is dual hot and cold therapy: ease soreness, swelling, and inflammation with targeted temperature control. Use warm for soothing heat that promotes circulation and flexibility or cold for reducing swelling and joint pain after activity. Ideal for knee injuries, arthritis, or post-workout recovery.

It is used at four temperatures. At room temperature the sleeve is already cool to the touch. In the fridge it becomes a cold compress. Lying flat in the freezer for at least two hours it becomes an ice compress, and it can stay in there until the next time you want it. In the microwave it goes the other way and comes out warm, which is where it should stop. It is not machine washable.
