Copper Compression CopperFreeze™ Migraine Mask

Copper Compression's claim for the mask is specific: the CopperFreeze™ Migraine Mask delivers cold or heat therapy to help relieve migraines, sinus pressure, tension headaches, and more. Its light-blocking design and flexible hydrogel construction provide full 360 degree coverage that molds to your face, even straight from the freezer. The shell is 85% Copper-Infused Nylon with 15% Spandex, over a 100% gel interior.

There are two ways to wear it. Over the eyes, the mask blocks the light out; pushed up onto the forehead, it sits as a headband and leaves you able to read or watch something. Keep it inside the supplied bag and freeze for a minimum of two hours, or take it out of the bag and microwave it for 30 seconds, then test for comfort and add another 10 seconds if it is not hot enough. Do not heat beyond 60 seconds. The mask should be warm, not hot. It is not machine washable: wipe it down with a damp cloth, lay it flat to air dry, and keep it in the resealable bag between uses.
