Adjustable Weight Bench
The EVO-UB is rated to 1,200 lb. That number comes from 1.97 × 2.76 inch steel tubing with a 1.5 mm wall, and it is the reason the bench does not shift under you on a heavy press — the part of a home bench most people only notice once they have outgrown a cheap one.
Twelve backrest positions cover decline, flat, and incline, with printed angle markings so you can return to the same setting next week. A plate-loaded leg extension and a preacher curl pad are built into the frame, which keeps arm and leg isolation work on the bench you already own.
The Technology
The EVO-UB is built around the frame first, then the two stations that usually cost you a second piece of equipment.
Why Athletes Choose This
Built For Training
Most adjustable benches give you a ladder of holes and leave you guessing which one you used last time. The EVO-UB has 12 positions across decline, flat, and incline, with clear angle markings printed where you can read them from the seat. The adjustment system locks quickly and securely, so moving from flat press to a 30-second set of incline work does not break the rhythm of a superset.
Bicep and quad isolation are usually where a home gym runs out of equipment. The EVO-UB combines a preacher curl pad and a plate-loaded leg extension into one frame. The leg extension accepts standard weight plates, so you add load from the plates you already have rather than replacing the station when you get stronger. That keeps preacher curls, leg extensions, glute bridges, and sit-ups on the same footprint as the bench press.
A weight rating means nothing without the section it is built from. The EVO-UB uses reinforced steel tubing at 1.97 × 2.76 inches with a 1.5 mm wall, approximately 16 gauge, giving it a 1,200 lb capacity that covers your bodyweight plus everything on the bar. The spec sheet rates it for home gym and light commercial use, which is the honest way of saying it is built for repeated heavy sessions rather than occasional ones.
The upholstery is multi-layer textured material over padding, and the foot anchor uses high-density foam so decline sit-ups and leg work do not end early because of your ankles. When the session is done, built-in transport wheels take the weight — you tilt and roll the bench back against the wall instead of lifting a steel frame across the room.
