Finnmark Ergonomic Cedar Backrest

The Finnmark Ergonomic Cedar Backrest is an S-shaped sauna backrest made entirely of beautiful Canadian Red Cedar, the traditional choice for wood in saunas. Its ergonomically curved design fits the natural arch in your back while allowing heat circulation from the infrared panels. The curve follows your body and spreads your weight evenly as you lean back, taking pressure off your back through a long session. Complete lumbar support and proper heat circulation come together in one infrared sauna backrest.

Evenly spaced cedar bars let air reach your skin when you stretch out, and the backrest stands tall enough for a longer torso. It measures 15.5 in. wide by 20.5 in. tall and weighs 7 lb. Nothing fixes it in place, so you can move it to wherever you sit and pair it with the Finnmark Sauna Cushion for a padded seat underneath.
