The BodyKore G257 Preacher Curl bench isolates the biceps through an angled arm pad that eliminates shoulder swing and forces the elbow flexors to do all the work through the full curl range. The preacher pad angle positions the upper arm perpendicular to the forearm at the midpoint of the curl, creating maximum tension in the mid-range of the biceps contraction — the point where standard dumbbell curls go slack. Adjustable seat height fits the pad to users of different heights.
