 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

5 Year Limited Warranty

Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name warranties the wood, structure, heating elements, and electronics against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 5 years from the original date of purchase. This sauna is for INDOOR use only. Placing your sauna outdoors will VOID this warranty. Any damage due to exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind or extreme temperatures will not be covered by this warranty. Any damages as a result of modifications made to the sauna or its components will void this warranty.

Extent of Warranty

This limited warranty applies to products manufactured or distributed by Golden Designs, Inc. under the Dynamic brand name, delivered in the continental United States or Canada and extends to the original purchaser at the original site of installation only. This warranty becomes valid at time of purchase and terminates either by specified time frame listed above, owner transfer, or relocation. Your sales receipt showing the date of purchase of the product is your proof of purchase. Warranty is not transferable.

Manufacturer Warranty

All Golden Designs, Inc. products are manufactured with the highest quality appliances and are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. The appliance warranty is extended through the manufacturer for the product including, but not limited to: stereos, CD/DVD players, etc. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Golden Designs, Inc. Golden Designs, Inc. reserves the right to change manufactures of any part to cover any existing warranty. Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain warranty service. You must prepay any shipping charges, export taxes, custom duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with the transportation of the parts. In addition you are responsible for insuring any parts shipped or returned. You must present Golden Designs, Inc. with proof of purchase documents (including the date of purchase). Any evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents will be cause to VOID this limited warranty. Products on which the serial number has been defaced or removed is not eligible for warranty service. This warranty covers parts, but does not cover labor.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not apply if the unit has been subject to negligence, alteration, modification, misuse, abuse, repairs by non-Golden Designs, Inc. authorized personnel, inappropriate installations, or any case beyond the control of Golden Designs, Inc.
invalidating this warranty including but are not limited to:
▪ Use of lacquer or paints
▪ Sauna and other Golden Designs, Inc. products accessories placed on non-
approved surfaces
▪ Outdoor applications
▪ Normal wear and tear or weathering
▪ Use of product not in accordance with instructions
▪ Worn out receptacle

Surface cracks are not considered defects in material or workmanship, as they are normal characteristics of all woods. This includes minor cracks due to wood expansion and contraction. Note: Since the wood used in construction has been kiln dried, a certain amount of expansion and contraction occurs in the wood in a
sauna environment.

*Limited Lifetime Warranty of Sauna Products is 5 years for residential use and 1 year for commercial use on heating elements and electronics from the date of purchase. The wood structure has a 1 year limited warranty.

Golden Designs "Drammen" 3 Person Outdoor-Indoor Traditional Sauna (GDI-8203-01)

Three person capacity, an 8.0 kW stove with built-in controls, and 75 inches of interior width — the Drammen puts a full-width room on a compact 71-inch depth. Golden Designs line the interior in all natural Canadian red cedar behind an all-weather exterior.

The door is clear tempered glass. Lighting inside is an oversize chromotherapy colour system with a red light therapy feature, and the backrest carries its own accent light. Heat comes from the stove; there is no infrared system in this cabin.

Golden Designs specify a 3 person capacity, in an interior of 75" W × 53.4" D × 75" H. Bench dimensions are not published for this model, so we do not quote any.
Yes. An 8.0 kW stove with built-in controls is part of the specification, together with the oversize chromotherapy colour lighting system and its red light therapy feature, the interior backrest with accent light, the LED control panel with FM and Bluetooth, built-in performance speakers, and a sandglass, bucket and scoop. Golden Designs name no stove brand for the Drammen and say nothing about stones, so neither appears here.
79.2" W × 71" D × 88.3" H. Golden Designs publish no overhang allowance for this model, so that is the full envelope. They also specify no pad or foundation. Check the route from the kerb to the site: the sauna arrives in 9 boxes at 1,310 lbs.
240V / 40 AMP for the stove, and 120V / 15 AMP for the control, lights and music. Golden Designs add their own instruction to consult a certified electrician, and Recovery For Athletes recommends the same — have both circuits run and terminated by a licensed electrician.

Free curbside delivery from Recovery For Athletes. Everything that happens on the day is Golden Designs' own published shipping term, not ours. The freight carrier telephones you 24 to 48 hours before delivery to agree a day and time, and the delivery itself normally falls inside a 4-hour window. Nine boxes arrive strapped vertically to a pallet on a 53-foot semi-truck, and Golden Designs state that the single driver will unload the pallet only to your curbside or the end of your driveway. No liftgate is mentioned anywhere in their terms and nothing past the kerb is offered, so at 1,310 lbs arrange help and equipment to move the load to the site. Raise anything unusual about the approach — a long driveway, low branches, stairs, a remote area, an apartment complex — with us before the sauna ships. Golden Designs ask you to inspect the boxes as soon as the driver has unloaded and to mark any scratches, indentations or scuff marks on the delivery receipt; you do not need to open the boxes to do it, and they say to refuse delivery outright if you see a large hole. Their terms set out no damage window after that inspection, so the check at the kerb is the one that counts.
Golden Designs cover the wood structure for 5 years when properly maintained, along with the control panel, its wiring harnesses and the lights, from the original date of purchase. Cover is parts only. The stove is excluded from the Golden Designs warranty — it carries its own manufacturer's warranty, and a stove claim goes to that manufacturer. Outdoor placement is permitted under this document provided a waterproof cover or the sauna's roof panel protects the room, which is a meaningfully better position than the separate warranty covering Golden Designs' infrared range. Full commercial use voids cover, as does transfer of ownership or relocation. Defective parts must be returned to Golden Designs and you pay the return shipping, duties and taxes. Keep your receipt.
