2-In-1 Under-Desk Treadmill
The handrail is what makes the H1 two machines. Raise it and you have a treadmill you can hold on to at 5 mph. Drop it and the same deck slides under a desk for a walking shift while you work. One 15.4" x 39.4" belt covers both.
A 2.0 Peak HP brushless drive motor runs the belt from 0.6 to 5 mph, and EVA and PET cushioning sits under the deck to take impact off your knees and ankles across long, low-speed sessions. It arrives fully assembled on 110V.
The Technology
The H1 has to be quiet enough for a work call and stable enough for a jog. These are the parts that decide whether it manages both.
Why Athletes Choose This
Built For Training
Most people who buy a walking pad end up wanting a handrail, and most people who buy a treadmill end up wishing it fit under a desk. The H1 handles both because the handrail folds. Raised, it measures 50.4" x 22.4" x 36.8" and gives you something to hold at 5 mph. Dropped, the deck goes under a standing desk for a walking shift, then rolls aside on built-in wheels when the room needs the floor back.
A 15.4" x 39.4" walking area gives you room to hold a natural stride instead of shuffling down the centre line, which is what decides whether an hour at the desk leaves your hips tight. Under the belt, EVA and PET layers absorb impact before it reaches your knees and ankles. The frame is rated to 243 lb.
A desk treadmill lives or dies on noise. The H1 runs a 2.0 Peak HP brushless drive motor, and brushless is the relevant word โ fewer contacting parts means less mechanical noise and less wear over the hours of low-speed walking this machine is built for. It runs on a standard 110V outlet, and the whole unit weighs 50.7 lb.
The LED screen shows speed, time, distance, and calories, so a glance tells you where the session is. Speed changes go through the compact handheld remote or the app, which is the difference between adjusting pace mid-call and stopping the belt to reach a console. The HitGo app logs your walks and can run programs that change the speed for you.
