WalkingPad H1 Plus Auto Incline Under-Desk Walking Pad

Most under-desk pads give you one thing: flat walking. The H1 Plus adds 9 levels of powered incline, so the same 30 minutes at a desk pulls in glutes, hamstrings and calves instead of just turning over easy steps. Speed runs 0.5 to 4 mph and you change both incline and pace from a remote that fits in your hand.

Walking flat has a ceiling. Once your body adapts to the pace, the only ways left to add stimulus are more time or more speed, and neither fits a workday. Incline is the third lever. The H1 Plus raises through nine powered levels on the remote, which recruits glutes, hamstrings and calves harder than the same walk on a flat belt. Because the change is electronic, you step up a level mid-session instead of stopping to reset the machine.
