Under-Desk Walking Pad
Most under-desk pads give you one thing: flat walking. The H1 Plus adds 9 levels of powered incline, so the same 30 minutes at a desk pulls in glutes, hamstrings and calves instead of just turning over easy steps. Speed runs 0.5 to 4 mph and you change both incline and pace from a remote that fits in your hand.
The whole machine stands 6.1 inches tall and measures 50" x 21" on the floor, which is what lets it live under a standing desk rather than in a corner. It arrives fully assembled — plug it into a 110V outlet and walk.
The Technology
Incline is the headline. The motor, the cushioning and the app are what let you use it every day without thinking about the machine.
Why Athletes Choose This
Built For Daily Training
Walking flat has a ceiling. Once your body adapts to the pace, the only ways left to add stimulus are more time or more speed, and neither fits a workday. Incline is the third lever. The H1 Plus raises through nine powered levels on the remote, which recruits glutes, hamstrings and calves harder than the same walk on a flat belt. Because the change is electronic, you step up a level mid-session instead of stopping to reset the machine.
The walking surface measures 15.4" x 39.4". That is enough belt to walk at a natural stride length rather than shuffling to stay clear of the edges, which is the difference between a pad you use for an hour and one you step off after ten minutes. Under the belt, EVA and PET layers absorb the landing forces a hard floor would send straight up through your knees and ankles. The frame carries users up to 243 lb.
The H1 Plus measures 50" x 21" x 6.1". The 6.1-inch height is the number to check against your desk clearance, and the 21-inch width is what keeps it from taking over the room. At 51 lb with built-in transport wheels, moving it out from under a desk and back again takes seconds rather than a plan, so it stays in daily rotation instead of becoming furniture you walk around.
A large LED display shows speed, time, distance and calories, so you can read your session without breaking stride or picking up your phone. Speed and incline run through the remote or the app. The free HitGo app logs each walk and runs training programs that change your speed automatically, and Bluetooth pairs the H1 Plus with apps like Kinomap for guided routes you can cast to a smart TV.
