Homecraft Revive Slim Electric 4/5/6kW 240V Sauna Heater Package

The Homecraft Revive Slim Electric 4/5/6kW 240V Sauna Heater Package is a complete package for the Revive Slim sauna heater: the heater, a touchpad control, a matched contactor box and four boxes of sauna stones. At 7.5 in. deep, the Slim fits rooms without space for a full-size heater and needs just 3.5 in. to combustibles. Choose 4, 5 or 6 kW for rooms from 100 to 300 cu ft, then a regular or WiFi touchpad. The contactor comes in an indoor or a weatherproof version, so the heater and everything it needs to run come in one order.

Inside, the Slim is built to the same standard as the full-size Revive, with protected elements and room for 100 lbs of rock. Pour water on the hot stones and a heater that takes up very little of the room still gives you a full burst of steam. It is made in Canada and ETL listed to CSA and UL standards.

How it works

The Slim puts a full rock load into a heater thin enough for a narrow room.

Built for tight framing

At 7.5 in. deep, the Slim suits small and narrow rooms. Clearance to combustibles is 3.5 in., and the wall baffle, a Homecraft heat shield made for the Slim, takes it down to 1 in.

Touchpad control

Running a session

The Revive Slim electric sauna heater, a regular or WiFi touchpad control, a Homecraft contactor box matched to your wattage, four boxes of Homecraft olivine sauna stones, and the installation and operation manual. The wall baffle and the cedar control mount and trim kit are separate accessories.

The 4 kW heats rooms of 100 to 150 cu ft, the 5 kW suits 100 to 250 cu ft, and the 6 kW covers 200 to 300 cu ft. Multiply the room's length, width and height in feet to get its volume.

All three run on 240V single-phase. The 4 kW and 5 kW take a 30 amp breaker, the 6 kW a 40 amp breaker, and a licensed electrician makes the hookup.

Choose the indoor contactor when the box will be mounted in a dry, protected space. Choose the outdoor (weatherproof) contactor for an exposed or damp spot, such as on an outdoor or barrel sauna.

The WiFi touchpad adds control from a phone app, so you can start pre-heating before you get home. The regular touchpad runs the same temperature, on and off and timer functions from the wall.

No. Using rocks not sourced or provided by Homecraft voids the heater warranty, and the package already includes a full load.

It stands on the floor and is secured to the floor and back wall with brackets, with its guard fixed by the supplied screws. A licensed electrician makes the hookup.

Homecraft backs the heater with a 2-year warranty for residential use and 1 year for commercial use, on heaters used according to the manual. Defects the manufacturer is responsible for are repaired or replaced within that period. Heating elements count as consumable parts and are not covered, and neither is normal wear, careless damage, incorrect installation or tampering.
