The Premium Bundle is two things bought together: the Core Meditation Trainer itself, and 12 months of Premium app content covering guided meditation, breath training and soundscapes, with new sessions added daily. The subscription runs for the year and does not auto-renew. The Core App is available on iOS and Android; a phone is not included.

During each session Core's ECG biosensors measure your heart and nervous system. The Core App turns that into two readings. Calm is drawn from the dominance of your parasympathetic nervous system, measured through heart rate and heart rate variability. Focus is drawn from the rhythm of the heartbeat, and the two can be high at the same time.
