"I have you sustained almost everyday since I received it. I'm a bigger guy so I needed to get additional straps from the manufacturer but once I received them everything else has been fantastic. . The heat alone is so soothing, but the hot and cold therapy is of course where you get the most benefit. I only wish that the battery lasted longer. It's enough for probably two 30-minute sessions before needing a complete recharge, but you are able to use it while it charges. So if you are stationary, this might not be an issue for you. Highly recommend. I only wish I knew about the newest model that also has compression along with hot and cold. But for $150 cheaper, I'll take this any day."
