SaunaBox® Infrared Sauna Blanket

The SaunaBox® Infrared Sauna Blanket is a portable far-infrared sauna blanket that zips around you for a full-body sweat on the couch, on the road or before bed. Far-infrared heat penetrates directly into muscle and tissue, so the blanket brings on a serious sweat without heating the air around you. A 600W element and a 5 to 60 minute timer run from one wired controller. It folds away, which means the whole system moves between rooms, homes and travel bags without a permanent footprint.

Unfolded, it measures 71 x 35.4 in. and weighs 9 kg (20 lb). A crystal-infused interior lines the inside. Power comes from any 100-240V wall outlet, plugged in directly.

How it works

Far-infrared heat in place of ambient warmth
Far-infrared wavelengths penetrate directly into muscle and tissue instead of heating the room, so the warmth goes into you.
Grounded low-ELF construction
The heating element and internal wiring are built to minimize electromagnetic field exposure and reduce extremely-low-frequency (ELF) currents. The infrared heat stays and the ambient EMF drops.
Crystal-infused interior lining

Zip in

Infrared warmth around the whole body

The blanket zips up over the body from ankle to shoulder, an infrared cocoon around you where a heated pad only warms one side. Set your temperature and session length on the controller and let the far-infrared heat work.

Once you are zipped in with the timer set for 30 to 60 minutes, you can keep reading, writing, watching TV or unwinding.

The wired controller runs the whole system. Twelve temperature steps between 77°F and 176°F let you dial the session to the goal, from a low-heat pre-sleep wind-down at 90-110°F to a hot, deep sweat at 165°F+, or anything between.
