FirmX RF: RF Microneedling

The FirmX RF drives bipolar radiofrequency through gold-plated microneedles at a depth set between 0.5 and 3.5 mm. Three cartridges cover the range: a 49-pin and a 25-pin head that share that depth range, plus a 49-RF rod tip fixed at 1 mm. Kavvia lists the system for RF skin rejuvenation, acne scars, wrinkle reduction, skin tightening and texture improvement.

Indications run across face and body, and take in pore reduction, stretch marks and keratosis pilaris. Power runs across ten levels to a 50 W peak and pulse width from 10 to 1000 ms, so depth, power and duration are each set at the console. The 15-inch color touchscreen runs the interface, including modes for inspection and cleaning. Net weight is 25 kg with the trolley included.
