Copper Compression Knee Sleeve

The knee sleeve is sized off a real measurement, which is rare in compression wear. Take the circumference of your thigh 5 in. or 13 cm above the center of the knee and read it off their chart: Medium 15.5 to 17 in., Large 17.5 to 19 in., X-Large 19.5 to 21 in. The sleeve is sold from Small through 2XL, and the published chart covers the three middle sizes. Black is the only color, as a single sleeve or a two pack.

The knit is 85% copper-infused nylon with 15% spandex, thin enough to sit under trousers, and it washes cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dries low. Copper Compression's claim for the sleeve is targeted compression to reduce swelling, boost circulation, and ease joint strain. The copper is doing a different job: copper-infused nylon to naturally resist odor and bacteria, keeping your gear fresher, longer.
