KOHLER® Sauna Limited Warranty
Kohler Co. warrants the KOHLER Brand saunas (“Product”) to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential usage for five (5) years from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) as long as the original purchaser owns the Product. The warranty applies to Product purchased and installed in the United States and Canada.
Warranty is void if the Product is installed in a commercial application. Kohler Co. warrants all KOHLER Brand sauna accessories included with the sauna or purchased separately to be free of defects in material and workmanship during normal residential use for one (1) year from the date of purchase or the date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) as long as the original purchaser owns the Product, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.
Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair or replace defective Product that is covered by this warranty where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage. Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty.
Damage caused by improper installation, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not include damage from normal weathering and wear-and-tear, improper use or assembly, weather events, incorrect electrical connections, not following manufacturer recommendations, improper stone placement, or corrosion that results from being near saltwater or the use of hard water. The warranty does not cover heater stones or electrician costs incurred from any warranty claims. Improper care, cleaning, or maintenance will void the warranty. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Kohler Co. with all warranty claims. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Kohler Co. exceed the purchase price of the product.

Please be sure to provide all pertinent information regarding your claim, including a complete description of the problem, the product, model number, color, finish, the date the product was purchased and from whom the product was purchased. Also include your proof of purchase (original sales receipt).

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO EACH COMPONENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KOHLER CO. BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States or jurisdictions do not allow limitations of how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
