The bench accommodates flat, incline, and decline pad positions for dumbbell pressing, cable pressing, and seated row exercises, extending the exercise range of the Universal Trainer significantly beyond standing cable work. Water-resistant upholstery and high-strength density foam maintain comfort through repeated configuration changes.
