The BodyKore MX1169 Preacher Curl Attachment converts the MX1169 Universal Bench into a dedicated preacher curl station by adding an angled arm pad that supports the upper arm in the mechanically correct position for biceps isolation. The preacher pad eliminates shoulder swing from the curl movement, forcing the biceps brachii and brachialis to perform the entire range of elbow flexion without momentum assistance. Compatible with both dumbbell and EZ-curl bar loading using the Universal Trainer's cable system or free weights.
