The BodyKore MX1189 Multi-Flight Attachment enables chest fly and rear deltoid fly movements from the Universal Trainer by providing dual cable routing with handles at the correct horizontal position for bilateral fly patterns. The attachment spans both cable columns of the Universal Trainer simultaneously, allowing full bilateral pectoral fly movements — an exercise that requires cable spread positions impossible to achieve with a single cable column. Reversing the movement direction converts the attachment to a rear delt fly pattern for complete chest-and-rear-shoulder paired training.
