NOHRD WallBar Multi-Adapter

The NOHRD WallBar Multi-Adapter covers two jobs in one part: hung one way up it gives two parallel handles for dips and triceps work, and turned over it gives a single horizontal bar for pull-ups and crunches. It hangs on the rungs of any NOHRD WallBars, the 10-bar panel or the 14-bar, and it needs no fixing or adapter of its own to do it.

It is also the piece the NOHRD WallBars Desk hooks onto, and the desk is a separate purchase that will not mount without this adapter under it, so order the two together if the desk is what you came for. Five finishes are offered, Shadow, Oak, Club, Cherry and Walnut, with no Vintage among them, so a Vintage panel takes the nearest match rather than its own wood. The NOHRD WallBar Multi-Adapter otherwise matches the NOHRD WallBars it hangs from, a 230 cm wall unit with 38 mm rungs and a 120 kg maximum user weight that the adapter passes its own load into. Nothing is assembled to fit it: it lifts onto a rung and lifts off again when the next exercise wants that rung clear.
