The SaunaBox PEMF Mat is a full-body infrared PEMF mat that stacks four recovery modalities into a single pad you unroll and lie on. Low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) waves run alongside far-infrared heat that adjusts from 86°F to 176°F. Under the vegan-leather surface, 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light join a charcoal, clay and magnet layer with a crystal core. PEMF technology
The PEMF waves cycle at frequencies between 1 and 30 Hz. The waves mimic nature's frequencies and work at the cellular level, beneath the muscle.
Adjustable far-infrared heat
Adjustable far-infrared heating penetrates muscle and joint tissue. Twelve steps across that range let you dial the session to the goal, from a low-heat wind-down to mid-heat recovery or a hot sweat.
LED light layer
