Active Recovery Slide

NAMU Phase

The Phase is built on SEED®, a zone-mapped footbed that reads the load profile of a foot at rest and shapes support around it. Four zones each handle a specific job: a cradled heel that keeps the foot centered, arch support tuned to the foot’s natural load points, and a wide forefoot that lets the toes spread out after a session. Across the footbed, textured Recovery Seed® zones stimulate the foot with every step — closer to a massage than a flat foam bed.

Underfoot sits a zero-drop platform with moderate cushioning, which puts the Phase between a barefoot sandal and a heavily padded recovery shoe: enough ground feel to keep the foot working, enough cushion to stay comfortable on hard surfaces through a full day. The whole slide is made from Soleic®, a 100% biodegradable TPU that is fully recyclable, and it is water-friendly and quick-drying for poolside and post-practice wear.

The SEED® Platform

SEED® is a single platform tuned in the lab and validated under athletes. Each of its four zones targets a different part of the foot as it recovers.
