The PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded 4 Way Neck is a neck training machine you load with weight plates, strengthening the neck in all four directions for athletes in contact and collision sports. A precision cam-and-follower system matches resistance to the natural strength curve of the neck. Loading stays smooth in every direction, with no abrupt shifts in tension.

Seat height and face pad position adjust for proper alignment, and they let you control range of motion or preload the start. It works the neck flexors, extensors and upper trapezius.
