PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Chest Press

The PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Chest Press is a seated chest press machine you load with weight plates, built to maximize pectoral activation while reducing stress on the shoulders. Independent iso-lateral arms develop both sides evenly, and you can press one arm at a time. The natural strength curve keeps tension constant through the entire range, for strong, stable reps under load.

Set the seat so your chosen handle lines up with the bottom of your sternum, then pull the pin to slide each arm in or out. Pronated and neutral grips let you press in the position that best fits your structure. It works the chest, front shoulders and triceps.
