PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Glute

The PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Glute is a hip thrust machine you load with weight plates, purpose-built to load hip extension with minimal setup and spinal strain. A full-length pivoting bench and an adjustable hip belt secure the athlete. The fixed path keeps loading consistent and repeatable through full hip extension.

Auto un-rack and an easy re-rack keep sets moving. A large diamond-plate foot platform suits varied stances and athlete sizes, and band attachments open up accommodating resistance, where a band adds load as the hips rise.
