The PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Hip Press is a seated leg press machine you load with weight plates, built for complete lower-body development. A fixed press path emphasizes hip and knee extension while minimizing spinal stress, and its tuned strength curve keeps resistance on through the whole movement.

The iso-lateral footplate trains both legs locked together or one at a time, to address asymmetries or load heavy. Foot placement steers the work: low for more quads, high for more glutes, wide to bring in the adductors.
