PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Lat Pulldown

The PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Lat Pulldown is a seated pulldown machine you load with weight plates, engineered for serious lat growth and pulling strength. Interchangeable quick-release handles come in multiple lengths and widths and move with your natural range, so you pull with the grip and angle you prefer. The linkage keeps tension from full stretch to peak contraction.

Raise the thigh pad, take the handles and sit, and the pad drops onto your thighs to lock you in. A knurled stainless pin swaps the handles between narrow and wide or long and short, and spares store on the back of the machine.
