PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Leg Curl

The PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Leg Curl is a prone leg curl machine you load with weight plates, where you lie face down and curl the weight with your hamstrings. It isolates knee flexion while keeping the pelvis stable. The resistance curve holds tension into full flexion and in the lengthened position at the start of each rep.

It suits high-output strength work and muscle-building blocks as well as controlled return-to-play progressions.
