PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Leg Extension

The PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Leg Extension is a seated leg extension machine you load with weight plates, strengthening the quadriceps through a smooth, controlled arc. Clean knee alignment holds from start to finish, and the strength curve sustains tension through the full range of motion.

The backrest adjusts to fit the rider. Use it for heavy strength work, muscle-building phases or controlled rehab sessions.
