PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Shoulder Press

The PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Shoulder Press is a seated overhead press machine you load with weight plates, built to develop strong, resilient shoulders. The press path travels upward and slightly forward, keeping tension on the deltoids while the shoulders stay in favorable positions. Its strength curve loads the shoulders where they are strongest and reduces stress in vulnerable ranges.

The seat and back both adjust. Integrated band attachments add accommodating resistance, where a band adds load as the press rises. It trains the deltoids and triceps.
