PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Total Squat Pro

The PLAE ARMR Plate-Loaded Total Squat Pro is a squat machine you load with weight plates, with a floating yoke that adjusts itself to the athlete's size and movement. Its weight horns change the strength curve. The top horn starts light and gets heavier toward the bottom of the squat, while the bottom horn starts heavy and lightens at depth. A rear counterbalance horn lowers the starting weight for assisted reps.

Set the yoke width to your shoulders, step under it facing the back of the machine and slide both locking handles in to unrack. The oversized diamond-plate platform takes a wide range of stances, and built-in spotter handles let athletes push harder with confidence.
