Kettlebells can take up even more space than traditional dumbbells. The space needed for having both can severely limit how a home gym is built. The Pro Series Kettlebell Handle adapts your Pro 100 adjustable dumbbell into a functional adjustable kettlebell. Now you have one weight stack and two different pieces of equipment. The perfect attachment for kettlebell swings, cleans, rows, and lunges. While the Pro Series Kettlebell Handle does not house the chrome adder weights, the handle weighs 10 lbs.

Switch from kettlebell and dumbbell workouts in seconds by swapping the handles. When switching between a workout and weights, the magnetic selector pin makes the switch quick and easy. A traditional 40 lb kettlebell has a handle around 38 mm in diameter. This can be too large for some lifters. The PowerBlock Pro Series Kettlebell Handle, at any selected weight, has a grip diameter of 25 mm. The slim handle gives a better grip during intense exercise movements.
