SaunaBox® Red Light Therapy Shower Panel

The SaunaBox® Red Light Therapy Shower Panel is a battery-powered red light therapy panel that mounts in your shower with a tool-free suction cup. It has 16 LEDs at 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared and is IP65 water-resistant. Sessions run 10, 15 or 20 minutes, so red light fits inside the shower you already take. The locking suction cup holds to glass, tile or polished stone, and nothing gets drilled into the wall. One charge runs up to 2 hours, about 12 ten-minute sessions.

Switch off the overhead lights and the red glow turns ten minutes of your shower into a red light session. How it works

Red and near-infrared LEDs
Sixteen LEDs in a four-by-four array, each in a polished reflector cup, put out 660nm red and 850nm near-infrared light across a 25-30 degree beam. Irradiance is 220 mW/cm² at the surface and 22.96 mW/cm² at 6 in.
Sealed for running water
IP65 means the housing is sealed against dust and protected from low-pressure jets of water from any direction, so running shower water and steam are fine. It is not rated for submersion.
Single-button timer
Hold the single touch button to switch it on, then tap to choose 10, 15 or 20 minutes. Three dots show the setting, and the panel switches itself off at the end.
Battery and charging
A 3.7V, 3,000 mAh battery is rated for 350 charge cycles at 80% capacity, and it charges on the included cable.

Mounting

Press, lock, snap on

Clean and dry a smooth, non-porous spot, press the cup flat, close the lever and give it a tug. Then snap the panel onto the magnetic bracket and pivot it to face you, 6 to 12 in. from the skin.

Lift it off and set it down

The panel lifts off the magnetic bracket and stands on its own base, so it works on a bath edge, a windowsill or a countertop as well as on the shower wall.
