Free Delivery Damage Insurance Included With Purchase

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

SAUNA LIFE SAUNA LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Sauna Life extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any Sauna Life sauna purchased from one of its authorized resellers.

LIMITED LIFETIME SAUNA WARRANTY
Sauna Life warrants that the Sauna Life sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original retail purchaser. This warranty is limited to making good any factory assembled component which
in the judgment of Sauna Life is deemed defective in workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal material wear, natural weathering of the lumber, or installation or delivery of components and applies only to the original retail purchaser.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
For any warranty service, Sauna Life reserves the right to choose, at its option, repair of the problem or a replacement of the defective part. Sauna Life reserves the right to substitute a part or component of equivalent value, either new or factory reconditioned, and any such repair or replacement shall assume as its warranty only the remaining portion of the warranty on the original product. In the event Sauna Life chooses to repair any malfunction or defect covered by this warranty, a return authorization will be issued, and the component will be returned prepaid freight to Sauna Life for repair of the defect. Sauna Life will then ship the component back the original retail purchaser upon completion of the repair. Prior to any return, contact Sauna Life at: Sauna Life, 511 Glenn Avenue, Wheeling, Illinois 60090, telephone number: (800) 957-2862, for packaging and shipping instructions and a return authorization number. In addition, Sauna Life will require photographs of any defect and reserves the right to inspect or designate an agent to inspect any part that is claimed to be defective and covered by this warranty. expenses for removal, installation, or replacement of the sauna or its components are not covered under this warranty. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues or changes to individual pieces of lumber due to natural aging and weathering are not covered. Sauna heaters and added components are not covered by this warranty.

ACTS INVALIDATING WARRANTY
This warranty is void if the Sauna Life sauna has been subject to alteration, misuse or abuse, commercial use, or if any repairs on the sauna are attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of Sauna Life. Alteration shall include, but is not limited to, deviation from the original assembly instructions, component change, or the addition of any non-approved device or heating system, which contributes to a component or unit failure, or unsafe operating system. Use of the sauna in an application for which it is not designed will void this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by operation above safe sauna operating temperatures, damage caused by added components, damage to the sauna’s surface caused by harsh chemicals, damage caused by movement of the product, and damage caused by acts of God.

Except as expressly provided above, Sauna Life makes no other representation or warranty, express or implied, either in fact or operation of law, statute, or otherwise, and Sauna Life specifically disclaims any and all implied or statutory warranties, including warranties or merchantability and of fitness for a particular
purpose. Sauna Life shall not be liable for loss of use of the Sauna Life sauna or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses, or damage, which may include but are not limited to, the removal of or reinstallation of a wall, deck or other fixture, water leakage, costs of shipping or packaging, applicable taxes, or the payment of any costs or expenses of disassembly, removal, or reinstallation of the product or any part. Your rights may vary from state to state. The CL12GCP is one long outdoor cabin divided into three rooms, one behind the other. Every one of them is 87.5 inches wide and 85.5 inches high; what changes as you walk through is depth. The sauna room takes 78.6 inches and seats eight bathers. The dressing room takes 43.9. The covered porch at the entry takes the last 22.75.

That layout is the reason to buy this cabin over a single-room one. You come off the deck under cover, change out of the weather, and go through a second door into the sauna itself. Glass is tempered bronze at 0.31 inch. The cabin weighs 3,450 lbs and arrives on a crate measuring 155 by 44 by 47 inches.

Benching Both Sides, A Window At The End

Inside the sauna room the benches run in two tiers down both long walls with slatted backrests above them, and the end wall is given over to a single curved pane looking out at the trees. Glass on this cabin is tempered bronze at 0.31 inch. The heater below that window is bought separately, from the packages on this page.

A Door Between The Two Rooms

From a bench in the sauna room the view runs through a glazed inner door, across the dressing room, and out through the far door to the grass. That second door is the whole point of the model: 43.9 inches of dressing room, closed off from the heat and closed off from the weather. Light sits behind the backrests on both walls.

The porch is the open end of the shell: 87.5 inches across, 22.75 deep, roofed by the same shingled shell as the rooms behind it, with a small shelf in each corner and a step down to the deck. It is where you stand with the door shut behind you. Plan the pad for the full length — the crate alone measures 155 inches.

SaunaLife specifies 240V for the sauna heater and 120V for the interior and exterior lights. Because the heater is bought separately, confirm the exact circuit rating against the heater package you choose. Recovery For Athletes recommends having a licensed electrician run the heater circuit.
