Free Delivery Damage Insurance Included With Purchase

 Curbside Delivery ships via Freight to the 48 contiguous states. The freight carrier will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to set a delivery day and time Monday-Friday, with a 4-hour open window.

      They won’t deliver without speaking to you first. **Shipping times are only approximate, and can change depending on environmental conditions, transit issues, and carrier’s availability. Last minute appointments can occur, and it’s out of our hands since the delivery process is managed by the carrier’s. The sauna will be delivered in 1 box or more, depending on the model. All boxes will be strapped to a pallet. All saunas are delivered in a 53-foot semi-truck with a single driver, who will unload the pallet to your curbside or driveway only. Any delivery questions or issues (remote areas, long driveways, large and low hanging trees, apartment complex, stairs, etc.) should be addressed with us prior to shipping your sauna.

        Once the driver has unloaded the sauna, we ask that you immediately inspect the boxes for any damage. Please indicate any minor scratches, indentations, or scuff marks to the outside of the boxes on the delivery receipt. You do not need to open the boxes to inspect the sauna. The freight company will deliver your sauna to a carport or first-floor entryway. Please check the box dimensions and ensure it will fit through your doorway. Assembly on these saunas are surprisingly easy and can take between 30-45 minutes, depending on the sauna. Assembly instructions are included with the saunas.

SAUNA LIFE SAUNA LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Sauna Life extends this Limited Warranty solely to the original retail consumer purchaser of any Sauna Life sauna purchased from one of its authorized resellers.

LIMITED LIFETIME SAUNA WARRANTY
Sauna Life warrants that the Sauna Life sauna shall be free from defects in workmanship under normal conditions of use and service for the lifetime of the sauna for residential applications after delivery to the original retail purchaser. This warranty is limited to making good any factory assembled component which
in the judgment of Sauna Life is deemed defective in workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal material wear, natural weathering of the lumber, or installation or delivery of components and applies only to the original retail purchaser.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
For any warranty service, Sauna Life reserves the right to choose, at its option, repair of the problem or a replacement of the defective part. Sauna Life reserves the right to substitute a part or component of equivalent value, either new or factory reconditioned, and any such repair or replacement shall assume as its warranty only the remaining portion of the warranty on the original product. In the event Sauna Life chooses to repair any malfunction or defect covered by this warranty, a return authorization will be issued, and the component will be returned prepaid freight to Sauna Life for repair of the defect. Sauna Life will then ship the component back the original retail purchaser upon completion of the repair. Normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues or changes to individual pieces of lumber due to natural aging and weathering are not covered. Sauna heaters and added components are not covered by this warranty.

ACTS INVALIDATING WARRANTY
This warranty is void if the Sauna Life sauna has been subject to alteration, misuse or abuse, commercial use, or if any repairs on the sauna are attempted by anyone other than an authorized representative of Sauna Life. Alteration shall include, but is not limited to, deviation from the original assembly instructions, component change, or the addition of any non-approved device or heating system, which contributes to a component or unit failure, or unsafe operating system. Use of the sauna in an application for which it is not designed will void this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by operation above safe sauna operating temperatures, damage caused by added components, damage to the sauna’s surface caused by harsh chemicals, damage caused by movement of the product, and damage caused by acts of God.

SaunaLife E6 2-4-Person ERGO Series Barrel Sauna

The E6 is the short barrel in SaunaLife's ERGO Series: 51 inches of interior length inside a 77-inch interior diameter, seating two to four bathers. The rear wall is solid spruce, which leaves the tempered bronze glass door as the cabin's only glazing and the whole back of the barrel closed to the yard.

The shell is built from full-length Thermo-Spruce staves 1.65 inches thick, closed with stainless steel barrel bands and carried on spruce cradles. Benches and backrests are knot-free Thermo-Aspen with 1.1-inch tops, 17.8 inches deep. A black roof shingle kit and spruce fascia boards finish the top, and air intake and exhaust vents are part of the kit.

The Build

What The E6 Is Actually Made Of

Four material specs carry the E6 through a year outdoors: the staves that form the shell, the aspen you sit on, the steel that holds the barrel together, and the glass in the door.

The barrel is formed from full-length Thermo-Spruce staves, each 1.65 inches thick, running the whole 59-inch exterior length of the cabin. Two spare staves ship in the crate.

Two species do two jobs. The barrel is Thermo-Spruce. The parts your skin touches — bench tops and backrest — are Thermo-Aspen at 1.1 inches thick, specified with no knots. The close-up shows the slat spacing and how the bench meets the end wall.

Shingles Over The Staves, Cradles Underneath

Seen from the side, the E6 is a 59-inch-long barrel sitting on two spruce cradles with a black shingle roof over the top arc. Spruce fascia boards run along the roof edge. Stainless steel bands hold the staves in compression around the circumference.

It comes down to length. Both barrels are 77 inches in diameter inside and share the same staves, benches, bands, roof and lighting. The E6 gives you 51 inches of interior length and a 59-inch exterior, rated for two to four bathers at 1,103 lbs. The E7 gives you 66 inches of interior length and a 71-inch exterior, rated for four bathers at 1,212 lbs. If the pad or the yard is tight, the E6 saves you a foot of ground.
