Schiller Running Boards (Set of 2)

Two running boards for the Schiller S1-C Water Bike, one for each side. Schiller's description reads: set of 2 laser etched, stained bamboo running boards. A new S1-C already ships with stained bamboo running boards, so this set is a replacement or a second pair.

The boards are the part of the bike you stand on to get aboard and rest your feet on between pedal strokes, and they are the visible timber on an aluminum and inflatable machine. Bamboo, stained and laser etched, is the material Schiller chose for that job. Wet feet, sand and sun all land on the boards, and a stained bamboo surface carries that history more visibly than powder-coated aluminum does, so a fresh pair lifts the look of a bike that is otherwise sound. Schiller publishes no board length, width, thickness or weight, and no fixing detail, so match the new boards against your old ones before you fit them.
