The Sweat Pod is a traditional sauna engineered for daily use. Heat stratifies in any sauna — air at the upper bench can run 20°F hotter than air at the lower bench. The dual-bench layout means a hot day on the top bench or a milder cardiovascular session on the lower bench, in the same cabin.

Assemble the floor and wall panels

Two to three people. Standard tooling: power drill, rubber mallet, hammer, measuring tape, skill saw or table saw.

Install dual benches

Mount upper and lower cedar benches to the inner wall panels.

Mount heater and load stones

Set the Homecraft Revive 6kW or 9kW. Load stones per heater instructions. Hardwired electrical connection by a licensed electrician.

Set roof, hang door, pair WiFi

Install roof panels, hang the tempered glass door, and pair the heater to the Homecraft app. Total: 3–4 hours with 2–3 people.
