Reusable ice bricks

The Pod Company Ice Brick

The Pod Company Ice Brick is a reusable ice block you freeze in your home freezer and drop into your ice bath. Each 7.6 by 11.2 in. bag freezes into a 3 lb brick that melts slowly, and you can refill and refreeze it. The bags are BPA and phthalate-free PVC with a silicone closing cap, in packs of 3, 6 or 12.

Leave a little room at the top when you fill each bag, so the water can expand without splitting it as it freezes. Add the frozen bricks a few hours before your session, since the pod takes time to cool, and cover the pod completely while they work. It ships by parcel carrier from warehouses in California and North Carolina and arrives in 2-5 business days in the mainland US.
