Two scoops carry 5 g of L-citrulline, 3.2 g of CarnoSyn beta-alanine, 600 mg of alpha-GPC, 200 mg of caffeine from coffee bean, and 200 mg of L-theanine, plus vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate and B12 as methylcobalamin. Two of the usual pre-workout complaints are addressed by the formula itself.
