Under-Desk Treadmill
One deck, two jobs. Walk on the belt side at 0.6 to 4 mph with a 5% incline working your glutes and calves, then flip the Massage Step over, take your shoes off, and stand on the shiatsu-style bumps on the other face. Each side carries its own display, so your stats are in front of you either way.
The walking surface is 35.4" x 15.7" over a SoftStep™ deck of EVA and PET cushioning, and the frame is rated to 265 lb. The whole machine is 5.1 inches thick, arrives fully assembled, and rolls on built-in wheels across wood or carpet — so it lives under a desk during the day and under a sofa the rest of the time.
The Technology
The double-sided deck is the headline. The incline, the cushioning and the remote are what make the walking side worth using every day.
Why Athletes Choose This
Built For Everyday Use
Flip the walking pad, take off your shoes, and the underside becomes a shiatsu-style foot massager. The bumps work into the soles of your feet to relieve fatigue and soothe soreness after a long day standing, walking or training. It is the same machine and the same footprint — you are not buying a second device or finding somewhere else to put it. The massage side has its own display, so the stats stay readable in that orientation too.
Walking on the flat is movement. Walking the same pace up a 5% grade recruits the glutes and calves far harder, which is what turns desk time into something that supports the rest of your training week. The incline is built into the machine and set manually, so there is nothing to program — the grade is there whenever you walk on it, and the intensity comes from the geometry rather than from pushing the speed up.
The bottom of the speed range matters more than the top on a machine you use while working. At 0.6 mph you can walk through a meeting without your voice moving; at 4 mph you are into a brisk walk that raises your heart rate. The 35.4" x 15.7" belt gives you room to walk without feeling boxed in, and the SoftStep™ deck under it absorbs the impact of the miles that accumulate an hour at a time. The 0.75 HP brushed motor drives it, and the remote handles every speed change.
A slim deck is what lets a walking pad live in a room people also use. At 43.5" x 21.5" x 5.1" the Massage Step slides under a sofa or a desk instead of standing in a corner, and built-in wheels move it across wood floors or carpet when you want it somewhere else. It arrives fully assembled at 46.3 lb, so the first session is the day it lands.
