SpeedDial™ replaces a row of buttons with a single knob. Twist it quickly and speed steps up 1 mph at a time; twist it slowly and it moves 0.1 mph at a time, so you can settle on the exact pace that keeps your heart rate where you want it. Speed, time, and distance are built into the center of the dial, which means the number you are adjusting and the number you are reading are in the same spot — no looking away mid-stride.
