Glute Slide Adductor Block

Set the Adductor Block on the side rails and the carriage has less room to run. Rubber feet stop it shifting on the rails while it is being worked against, and the shorter stroke pushes the effort into the adductors, the muscles down the inside of the thigh that a full-length slide tends to share out.

The block measures 7 inches wide, 16.5 inches long and 2 inches high, is made from custom molded parts, and carries the hexagonal pattern and logo used across the range. Since the whole idea is a shortened slide, it has a job only where there are rails to sit on, which means it belongs with the Glute Slide underneath it.
